Kitchen remodeling in Waxhaw, NC.

A place for the things you use every day

At Astrid Court, white cabinets and a dark backsplash give the kitchen its character. Open the pantry doors and another part of the design becomes clear: pull-out shelves bring groceries forward, while narrow compartments organize smaller items.

That is a useful starting point for planning your own kitchen. Before choosing cabinet fronts, identify what you need to store and where you use it. Baking trays, small appliances, food containers and everyday groceries rarely need the same kind of cabinet.

Storage and layout belong in the same conversation

Astrid Court’s work order addressed sink, dishwasher and refrigerator relocation alongside the cabinet plan. It also considered openings into neighboring rooms. Those are project-specific design decisions; your home may need a different scope.

Tell us which parts of your kitchen get in the way. Is preparation space too far from the sink? Are frequently used items hard to reach? Does seating interrupt the work area? Your answers help us discuss whether the existing footprint is worth keeping or a more substantial change would be useful.

Bring these details to your first conversation
